Famous Ghanaian waakye seller Auntie Muni has passed away aged 72.
She died on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at the University of Ghana Medical Centre in Accra after a short illness.
Auntie Muni was a beloved figure, and her waakye was enjoyed by people from all walks of life, including former President Mahama, who was known to enjoy her waakye every Sunday.
