In a tweet, Pope Francis expressed his condolences for the tragic massacre that killed 21 people at a Robb Elementary School.

Ramos has been identified as the assailant who stormed into a basic school in the United States murdering 21 individuals instantly with his rifle.

According to reports the teenager came from a broken home and had to stay with his grandmother the entire time, with no parental care. Interestingly Ramos shot his own grandmother before crashing his car near the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Ramos then went on a bloody rampage at the school, and he was killed by police in order to save the situation.

Pope Francis has expressed his sadness over the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, and has stated that the United States must take action to prevent the spread of firearms.

He added that people should be working now to ensure that a similar tragedy does not occur again. Another senior Catholic leader, Cardinal Blase J. Cupich, the archbishop of Chicago, expressed similar sentiments in the United States.
