Pierce Brosnan is an Irish actor and producer who was born on May 16, 1953.
His most well-known role is as James Bond, the fifth actor to portray Bond in the Bond film series.

Brosnan had his first son, Sean with his late first wife on September 13, 1983. The 39-year-old is an accomplished actor in his own right.
Paris and Dylan are the products of his second marriage to television personality Keely Shaye Smith.
Now, Charlotte and Christopher are not his biological children. His first wife brought them into the marriage. When their biological father passed away, Brosnan officially adopted them as his own children.
They changed their last name to that of his to make it official. Charlotte sadly passed away in 2013 after a short illness.
Brosnan received an honorary OBE in 2003 from Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of his work in the British film industry.
He cannot earn the full OBE honor, which is given only to residents of the Commonwealth realms, because he is an Irish citizen. He is still permitted to have the letters “OBE” after his name, though.
