Peter Ronald Brown (December 25, 1940 – May 19, 2023) was an English performance poet, lyricist, and singer best known for his work with Cream and Jack Bruce. According to a statement on his official Facebook page, Brown died of cancer late Friday.
Brown was a member of the bands Pete Brown & His Battered Ornaments and Pete Brown & Piblokto!, and he collaborated with Graham Bond and Phil Ryan. Brown also created a film production firm and developed screenplays.
