On March 6, in San Juan Capistrano, California, Larry H. Parker, an accident and personal injury attorney, passed away.

His television ads, which vowed to “fight for you,” were commonplace in living rooms around Los Angeles.

Justin Parker, his son, acknowledged his death but did not provide an explanation.

As his visage appeared on television commercials and billboards all over the city, Angelenos grew used to Mr. Parker’s own brand of hubris and promise.

One advertisement transitions from a hockey fight to a view of Mr. Parker in a suit and spectacles, both hands on a desk, preparing for a courtroom clash. The narrator adds, “When it comes to the law, you want someone who carries a big stick.”

In a different advertisement, Mr. Parker stated, “People sometimes ask me why I seem so angry in my television commercials.” “Well, the reality is that I’m upset. When large insurance firms take advantage of little individuals, I become upset.

His advertisements portrayed a picture of a legal fighter whose intimidating presence on television may work to the plaintiff’s advantage.

His age was 75. He is survived by 2 of his children and his wife.
