After their son passed away, the parents of a 19-year-old Akim Swedro Senior High School final-year student accused the administration of failing to provide proper oversight.

Keater Vadje’s parents claim that their kid was denied an exemption when he asked for one due to illness.

The student requested an exception so he could get medical attention at home. When he was turned down, he had to phone his father, who then barged into the school.

According to Prince Collins Bening of Rainbow Radio, who was on the scene, the student informed the housemaster that he was ill and needed an exam. The management, however, informed him that he did not appear sick.

Following multiple unsuccessful attempts to get the seat, the student phoned his father, who gave the school a pat, got up his son, and drove him to the Akimdan Government Hospital.

The clinic informed the father that he should send his son to another facility because it was unable to cure the pupil.

After that, his father sent him to St. Dominic Hospital in Akwatia. The pupil passed away in the evening, unable to survive.

The parents claim that if their son had been given the chance, he would have survived and are blaming the school for his passing. The funeral date for the departed is February 16, 2024, according to the family.
