With Arsenal, Bailey-Gayle began her senior playing career. The striker made her professional debut on November 18 during an 0-4 victory away to Everton at Haig Avenue after being promoted to the club’s first-team squad in November 2018 under manager Joe Montemurro.
Bailey-Gayle made a total of four appearances for Arsenal before departing at the end of the 2018–19 season and joining Championship team Leicester City on June 24, 2019.
