Otto Addo, Ghana’s head coach, has indicated that he has discovered solutions to many of the issues he had before the friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.

On his second spell as Ghana’s coach, the former Borussia Dormund talent coach failed to win his first two games.

The Black Stars lost 2-1 to Nigeria in their first friendly before giving up the lead twice to draw 2-2 with Uganda in their second encounter.

Some similar scenes played out in both games, as they did at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Speaking after the tie with the Cranes, Otto Addo stated he found solutions to problems he had before the matches.

“For me, it was a terrific lesson since I received a lot of answers to a lot of questions, which is excellent and positive.

“We must work on it right now. We will watch the players over the next two months before the World Cup qualifiers, and we hope that they will learn from their mistakes starting today.”
