Bevin Prince’s husband, William Friend, of American drama series renown, died on Sunday after being hit by lightning.
Authorities verified to a local news station that they found Friend on a boat after lightning struck him during an ongoing storm, according to Page Six.
He was sighted at Masonboro Island in Wilmington, North Carolina. Friend was 33 years old.
As soon as Friend was spotted on the boat, the local news station’s emergency crew conducted CPS on the CEO of Bisnow, a multi-platform digital media firm. Despite the team’s best efforts, he was proclaimed dead on the spot.
Odette Annable, Friend’s best friend, came to Instagram after his death to write a moving homage to him. Page Six said that Annable conveyed her sympathy, noting that Friend’s death seemed “surreal.” When asked about the CEO’s wife, Bevin Prince, Annable responded that Friend was a “gift” to her.
He will be missed.
