Rapper Sarkodie dropped a new jam “Sarkoholics” yesterday – a sort of appreciation song dedicated to his fan.
The rapper started rapping about how his fans have been with him through thick and thin, and to show his appreciation, he started giving the leading fans some shout-outs in “Sarkoholics”.
But Sarkodie forgot one staunch fan that we all know – and he is popularly known as Fada Sarkcess Richie. Just after the track was dropped, some friends alerted him of his missing name and sarcastically teased him.
But in response, he said something that got everyone realising who a true artiste fan is. The young man took to Facebook to say, “Asem oo and someone just called to make fun of Fada Sarkcess Richie because Sark didn’t mention my name in his new freestyle track #Sarkoholics cool I would be loved to hear my name but mind you, he can’t mention all his fans name in one track niccur… my love for Sark is unimaginable #SarktillyouGrowUp.”
In a nutshell, he wasn’t about the song – but about his support for Sarkodie till whatever happens. This post got attraction and within a few hours, he got more than 200 likes and several comments supporting his statement.
