Olivia Rodrigo surprised fans with a private performance in Manchester Friday night (July 3) following her massive show in the city.

She then sang out a performance of Natalie Imbruglia’s 1997 smash “Torn.”

“Why yeah Olivia Rodrigo, of course, you can come up at Bunny Jacksons on a bloody Sunday evening and play a song for a joke before our 3rd set,” wrote one Twitter user who was playing Bunny Jackson’s last night.

Between planned performances at the pub, Rodrigo allegedly asked the musicians if she and her band could play a song.

The artist was performing at the Apollo in the city yesterday night as part of her UK/European tour in support of her first album ‘Sour,’ and she then went to the small Bunny Jackson’s pub for a special performance.

Throughout the tour, Rodrigo has performed renditions of pop-rock hits such as Avril Lavigne’s “Complicated” and Veruca Salt’s “Seether.” In Toronto, Lavigne joined Rodrigo onstage for the ‘Complicated’ version, while in Vancouver, Rodrigo collaborated with Conan Gray to cover Katy Perry’s ‘The One That Got Away.’

Rodrigo is presently wrapping up her UK and European tour in support of her first album ‘Sour,’ which concludes this week in London.
