Oksana Masters (born June 19, 1989) is a multi-sport Paralympic athlete from Louisville, Kentucky. She is of Ukrainian heritage.
Oskana won the first-ever United States medal in trunk and arms mixed double sculls at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, despite specializing in rowing and cross-country skiing.
She also competed in the 2014 Winter Paralympics and the 2018 Winter Paralympics for the United States. In 2014, she won two Paralympic medals, and in 2018, she won five, including two golds.
After the 2012 Paralympics, she transitioned to para-cycling and raced in the 2016 and 2020 Summer Paralympics, winning two gold medals in the latter.
She competed in the 2022 Winter Paralympics and won gold in the women’s 6 kilometres seated biathlon.
