Keta Senior High Technical School (KETASCO) has once again proven their academic prowess by securing a spot in the grand finale of the GOIL PLC Volta-Oti Zonal Championship. This marks their third appearance in the finals, following their victory in 2021 and a second-place finish to Mawuli in 2023.
The Eagles from Keta displayed impressive performance in the semifinals, defeating Mawuli School-Ho and Kpando Senior High School with a total of 52 points. Prior to this, they had a commanding 72-point win over Sonrise Christian High School and Kadjebi-Asato SHS in the quarterfinals.
Initially facing tough competition from Kpasec and defending champions Mawuli School, Keta SHTS managed to maintain their lead throughout the rounds. Despite starting behind Mawuli in the first round, the Eagles eventually took charge and secured their spot in the finals with 52 points.
