Nikolai Tokarev, born December 20, 1950, is a Russian oligarch and businessman.
He is a part of the numerous Russian oligarchs who had sanctions placed on them in light of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.

From 1999 to 2000, Tokarev worked at the department of the foreign economic block and foreign projects at Transneft.
In the period between 2000 to 2007, he worked as the president of the Russian oil company, Zarubezhneft.
Since October 2007, Tokarev has been the president of the Russian pipeline company Transneft. He has also been a member of the company’s board of directors since June 2009.
Since October of the same year, he has been on the board of directors of Rosneft, a Russian integrated energy company.
