Nigel James Gibbs (born November 20, 1965) is a former English professional football manager and player. He formerly served as an assistant coach at Swansea City and as a coach with Tottenham Hotspur’s Under-19 squad.

Gibbs, a Watford fan and product of their youth system, spent his whole professional career as the club’s right back. He was named as Leeds United’s assistant manager on April 12, 2013, alongside Brian McDermott, whom he assisted at Reading. He departed from Leeds United in August 2014.

Gibbs remained an important member of the squad in the Second Division and was named Watford F.C. Player of the Season in 1992.
