Nick Pope is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for English Premier League side Newcastle United. He also performs international duties for England when the need arises.
Pope was born on April 19, 1992, in Soham, England. The 30-year-old goalkeeper was signed by League One club Charlton Athletic Bignot Town in May 2011 after being discovered by scouts during a preseason friendly matchup versus Billericay Town.
