On April 13, 2020, Morrow and the Las Vegas Raiders agreed to a one-year, $3.259 million contract.

Morrow beat the Denver Broncos 32-31 in Week 17 with a season-high 11 tackles and one sack of Drew Lock.
On March 19, 2021, Morrow re-signed with the Raiders for a single season. On March 16, 2022, Morrow and the Chicago Bears reached a contract agreement for one season.
