Nations Football Club’s head coach, Kassim Mingle Ocansey, is feeling confident as his team prepares to face off against Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League this coming weekend.

The two top-flight Ghanaian clubs are set to clash in a Week 27 encounter as part of the ongoing league campaign.

Coach Kassim Mingle has expressed his determination for Nations FC to secure a victory against Heart of Lions. In an interview with Connect FM, he stated that his team will seize the opportunity to win the Ghana Premier League title if it presents itself.

“Everyone in the league has the goal of coming out on top, so if the chance arises, we will strive to claim the championship,” Coach Kassim Mingle remarked. “Through rigorous training, commitment, discipline, and support from the management, along with our mutual understanding as coaches, myself and my brother Johnson Smith, we are prepared to succeed. We have previous experience working together at other clubs, which enhances our cohesion.”

The highly-anticipated match between Heart of Lions and Nations FC is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 21.

The game is set to kick off at 3pm at the Kpando Sports Stadium. Fans can expect an intense showdown as both teams battle it out for victory on the pitch.
