Nancy Isime was born in the Edo State of Esan-ancestry Nigerian parents. Before enrolling in the University of Lagos to obtain a diploma, she finished her senior secondary school there.
Nancy Isime made her acting debut in the 2011 television series Echoes. She is also a television presenter, well known for her role on the reality shows MTN Project Fame season 7 backstage and the gossip series What’s Hot and What’s Hot in Technology.
In 2016, she succeeded Toke Makinwa as host of the popular HipTV program Trending. In 2019, she and Reminisce co-hosted The Headies ceremony. She presents The Voice Nigeria 2021 as well.
Isime debuted The Nancy Isime Show, her own television program, in 2019. She and Bovi co-hosted The Headies award in 2020. She played the lead character of Kemi in the Netflix original series Blood Sisters, which was created by Mo Abudu’s Ebonylife TV studio.
