President Akufo-Addo today, Wednesday March 15 submitted names of Deputy Ministers to Parliament for their approval.
In the list, the President appointed a Deputy Minister for the Tourism, Creative Arts and Culture who will be working with the Minister of Tourism, Creative Arts and Culture to help project Ghana through tourism.
Prior to this period, there were several names including actors, actresses, movie producers and other people in the arts industry tipped to for the position.
However, President Akufo-Addo selected an unknown face in Dr.Ziblim Barri Iddi who is from Gushegu in the Northern region.
Hon. Ziblim prior to his appointment was a lecturer at the University of Ghana Political Science Department.
