Actor Morgan Steven was found dead inside his home after police performed a wellness check.
The actor, 70, hadn’t been seen or heard from in a few days, prompting a neighbor to call for a wellness check on Wednesday, when he was found in his kitchen and pronounced dead on the scene, via TMZ.
Stevens also had roles on A Year in the Life, Murder She Wrote and the original version of One Day at a Time.
His last appearance was on Walker, Texas Ranger in 1999.
In 1991, he won an out-of-court settlement in a police brutality lawsuit against LAPD.
He claimed he was beaten by two officers after a minor traffic incident in 1989.
