Mondaire L. Jones is an American lawyer and politician. Jones was the U.S. representative for New York’s 17th congressional district from 2021 to 2023. The district includes most of central and northwestern Westchester County and Rockland County.
Jones was born on May 18, 1987, in Nyack, New York, however, he grew up in Spring Valley, New York, where a single mother raised him. He attended public schools in the East Ramapo Central School District, graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in 2009, and earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2013.
