Well, their controversies made the news and they directed discussions in the country for a very long time.

Afia, a Radio and TV personality this year gave controversy a new name which is Afia Schwarzenegger. She was at the throat of every individual and will not sit for anyone to trample on her right. Afia had encounters with pastors especially Owusu Bempah, politicians like Kennedy Agyapong and the entire NPP, other celebrities, and some female celebrities she mentioned that do makeup on credit. Afia cannot be left out of this list, Never!!!

The only Angel Ghana has been blessed with in the end times is Bishop Angel Daniel Obinim. He is synonymous to controversy and a number one newsmaker for his controversial miracles and acts in his church. This year, the Angel did not disappoint. He flogged on live TV, two teenagers for engaging in pre-marital sex and had resulted in marriage and funny enough, he saw nothing wrong about it.

She is the ‘daughter’ of the controversial Angel Obinim. Diamond Appiah whose career in music has suffered setbacks had bones to pick with everybody. From her fans to other celebrities and some political figures. One individual who suffered at her hands was Afia Schwarzenegger. Both of them just dirtied themselves in the ‘Nima Gutter’. She contested for the Trobu constituency Parliamentary seat and polled a little over 400 votes an instead of admitting that she lost woefully, she rather defended herself that she did well that CPP and PPP.

His middle name is controversy and well, he makes money out of it any time and any day. Shatta Wale makes the list not only because of his ignited beef he had with Samini early in the year but his rants on twitter to expose MUSIGA president, Bice Osei Kuffour. Shatt from nowhere descended hard on Obour calling for his resignation from his post because he did not have the welfare of the musicians at heart. You remember the whole issue when the ‘Biegya’ song came out? Shatta is the surest bet for controversial personality for the year 2016.
5. Koku Anyidoho

With this man, some say his controversial nature was borne out of the fact that his government was in power. Koku Anyidoho was all over the place spitting venom at whoever came his way this year. He gave it to media men, pastors, celebrities and just name them. Koku’s controversial nature was something we could not manage but add to the list.
