AMG rap colossus, Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal has ignited smiles on the faces of some lucky persons when he doled out cash and food to them.
In a video which has surfaced online, the Too Risky hit maker was seen cascading several notes of the Ghana Cedi on some pedestrians who had besieged his vehicle when he made a stop at Nima, a suburb of Accra, before visiting the Osu Children’s Home for a donation.
Medikal was also captured dishing out a sumptuous rice meal to the pedestrians.
