Ghanaian rap stars Medikal and D-Black have buried the hatchet after being involved in a public feud recently.
The rift between the two artists began when a video surfaced showing D-Black lighting a cigar for Medikal’s ex-wife, Fella Makafui, at one of his clubs.
This action did not sit well with Medikal, who was going through a rough patch in his marriage with Fella at the time. He publicly expressed his displeasure with D-Black’s actions, stating that he would never have done the same for D-Black’s wife.
However, the two musicians reconciled on Thursday, May 22 during an interview with Bola Ray on Star FM. D-Black unexpectedly showed up at the interview and both artists took the opportunity to clear the air and make peace.
During the interview, Medikal reiterated his stance on the issue, while D-Black explained that he had no ill-intentions and was simply fulfilling Fella’s request. Both artists apologized to each other for any harm caused by their actions and expressed regret over the feud.
D-Black apologized for lighting the cigar for Fella, while Medikal also apologized for his strong words during the feud. The two artists have now put the past behind them and are moving forward with a renewed sense of understanding and respect for each other.
