Ghanaian musician Kofi Jamar has recently opened up about his challenges with media outlets in the country.

The renowned “Ekorso” artist revealed a stark contrast in his interactions with media houses, shedding light on the dynamics of fame and media relations.

In a candid interview on Property FM, Jamar disclosed how during his peak, numerous media houses eagerly sought interviews with him.

Despite his hectic schedule, he made time for these engagements, emphasising his desire to nurture positive relationships with the media.

However, the situation changed as his hit song popularity waned and he became less sought after by media houses for interviews.

Jamar expressed his frustration with the media for seemingly using him only during his peak moments and neglecting him when his hits started dwindling.

The talented artist also shared his determination to keep producing music and reinventing himself in the industry despite the challenges he has faced with media attention.
