Matt Pobereyko is a professional baseball pitcher. He was born on March 22, 1993 in Mishawaka, Indiana, USA. Pobereyko played college baseball at Kentucky Wesleyan College and then transferred to the University of Memphis.
In 2019, Pobereyko signed with the New York Mets organization and was assigned to their Double-A team. He had a successful season, posting a 2.49 ERA and striking out 52 batters in 43.1 innings pitched. However, he was released by the Mets in February 2020.

Pobereyko has played for several independent league teams, including the Lake Erie Crushers, the Gary SouthShore RailCats, and the Sussex County Miners. He also played in the Australian Baseball League during the 2020-2021 offseason.
