In a horrifying turn of events, a TikTok video has emerged as a haunting precursor to the brutal murder of Felicia Abena Oparebea by her ex-boyfriend, Godwin Darko, in Koforidua.

The news has sent shockwaves throughout the nation, highlighting the urgent need for awareness on relationship violence.

Felicia, a popular TikTok personality, recently went through a breakup with Godwin Darko, her 25-year-old boyfriend. She took to social media to express her resolve never to return to her ex, a post that would later prove to be fatal.

In a fit of rage and jealousy, Darko tracked down Felicia to her new apartment in Koforidua. Reports indicate that he attended a naming ceremony at her residence and convinced her to speak privately in her room.

Tragically, this encounter ended with Darko mercilessly beheading Felicia.

This disturbing incident serves as reminder that domestic violence and relationship abuse can have devastating consequences. It calls for renewed efforts to educate and support individuals in toxic relationships, empowering them to seek help and escape dangerous situations.

As we mourn the loss of Felicia Abena Oparebea, it is imperative that we unite in raising awareness about the importance of recognizing warning signs and taking swift action against domestic violence.
