Luther Vandross was a famous African American singer who was known for his sweet vocals and soulful songs. He was a songwriter, singer and record producer.
Luther was born in New York, the United States on 20 April 1951 and died in New Jersey, United States on 1 July 2005.
During his lifetime, Luther sold over 40 million records in America as well as on other continents. He eventually became the leader of the group called Changers which released the album titled ‘The Glow of Love’ in 1980.
