Luke Goedeke, a guard with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League, was created on November 21, 1998. He attended UW-Stevens Point for his college football career before relocating to Central Michigan.

Goedeke grew up in Whitelaw, Wisconsin, where he also attended Valders High School. He has German ancestry. He was a tight end in high school, but after suffering a severe shoulder injury, he nearly quit.

Goedeke spent his first year of college at Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He recorded 12 receptions for 132 yards as a freshman. Goedeke transferred to Central Michigan University after the season. He redshirted his first season at CMU then switched from tight end to the offensive line.

He was chosen to start all 14 of the Chippewas’ contests at right tackle as a redshirt sophomore. Goedeke was unable to He was chosen for the Mid-American Conference’s first team as a junior redshirt. Goedeke was chosen by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the 57th overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
