Lucy Letby documentary: Is there a TV documentary about Lucy Letby?

Lucy Letby was apprehended following an investigation into the unusually high number of baby deaths at the Countess of Chester Hospital between 2015 and 2016.

The hospital’s decision to involve Cheshire Police raised concerns about the mortality rate, leading to an independent review.

Letby, who had been working at the hospital since 2011, was suspected by colleagues and senior doctors due to the pattern of deaths.

She has subsequently moved away from roles involving children. Her arrest came after thorough investigations into the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

The suspicious pattern, combined with Letby’s actions and the investigation, led to her being charged and later found guilty of multiple charges related to the baby’s deaths and attempts to harm infants.

Letby denies all 22 charges, which took place between June 2015 and June 2016.

Lucy Letby was arrested on July 3 2018, a year into the police’s investigation. This was on suspicion of murdering eight babies and trying to kill six.
