Devin Swain was killed at his house on New Year’s Eve. Officers had been initially known as to a property in the 1700 block of Lockerbie Court for a possible house theft, based on FOX59. When they arrived, Swain was found with “injuries to his chest.”
They gave him first support earlier than transporting him to the hospital for additional care. However, he died on account of his accidents.
