Devin Swain was murdered on New Year’s Eve at his home.

According to FOX59, officers were first called to a home in the 1700 block of Lockerbie Court for a probable house theft. Swain was discovered with “injuries to his chest” when they arrived.

They provided him with immediate assistance before bringing him to the hospital for further treatment. However, he died as a result of his mishaps.
