American actor Leonard Roberts was born on November 17, 1972.

Missouri’s St. Louis is where Roberts was raised. Roberts earned a diploma from University City High School in 1991 and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University in 1995.

Roberts has played characters including Sean Taylor in Drumline, Forrest Gates in Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s fourth season, and D. L. Hawkins in the NBC science fiction program Heroes, among others.

Fans of Smallville may also be familiar with him from his portrayal of Nam-Ek. Roberts is recognized for playing Leo in the 2011 movie Pizza Man. He was a member of a navy base and had a minor part in the first season of NCIS.

Roberts discussed the conflict with his co-star Ali Larter that led to his dismissal from the show Heroes in an article he wrote for Variety on December 17, 2020.
