Lauren Yaffe is an award-winning writer and screenwriter who was born and raised in Washington DC.
She was neck deep in the formation of the Brooklyn Bound writing workshops between 94 and 98. Yaffe has also ably taught at the Penn Writer’s Conference, Polytechnic University, Warren Wilson Writing Conferences, and other venues. From 1989 until 1994, she served as the curator of the Brooklyn Bound Reading Series.
