Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil is making waves in the Major League Soccer (MLS) after his recent move to the Los Angeles Galaxy.

In a thrilling 4-3 victory over San Jose Earthquake in the California Derby, Paintsil, along with his teammates Riqui Puig and Gabriel Pec, achieved a unique feat by all scoring in the same game.

The trio, affectionately known as ‘PPP’, impressed fans and critics alike with their performance on the field. Paintsil, who joined the Galaxy this season from KRC Genk in the Belgian league, contributed a goal and an assist to the team’s win.

In a post-game interview, Paintsil shared his admiration for Puig’s playmaking abilities and highlighted Pec’s impressive skills on the field. “Having Riqui with the ball makes a difference for the other players, especially the defenders, because he sees the way I run,” Paintsil said. “Pec also knows how to do his thing. We three scoring goals is an amazing thing, especially seeing the PPP on the score sheet – it’s truly amazing and we hope for more.”

Paintsil has had a strong start to his MLS campaign, scoring four goals and providing four assists in just nine games.

Fans are excited to see what he, Puig, and Pec can achieve together as they continue to dominate the field in the upcoming matches.
