Ghanaian hip-hop/Hiplife artiste, Kweku Flick, has made it clear that he has no issues with engaging in rap ‘beefs’ unless his mother is disrespected by the other artist.

The talented singer emphasized that insulting his mother during a beef would lead to him visiting the artist to deliver a beating for disrespecting his beloved mother.

Known in private life as Andy Osei Sarfo, Kweku Flick is recognized as one of the founders of the Ghanaian Drill genre, also known as Asakaa. He made these declarations during an appearance on the Gh Highlife show with Ohemaa Acheampomaa on Onua FM.

“If you insult me, I will ignore you, but if you take it to the level of insulting my mom, then you’ve crossed a line. I will come to your residence and physically reprimand you,” he stated. Additionally, Kweku Flick expressed that he wouldn’t cause any severe harm to the individual but definitely plans to give them a lesson and discipline, similar to a teacher disciplining an unruly student.

The ‘Money’ hitmaker further shared that his rise to fame prompted him to alter his troublesome behavior because he recognizes that many young people view him as a role model. Despite being tempted to return to his old ways, he acknowledges the responsibility of being an influential figure to the youth. Kweku Flick admitted to being quite stubborn and even a bully during his school days, yet fame has transformed him for the better.

Currently, Kweku Flick has released a new Highlife track titled ‘Ye koom,’ featuring the Highlife sensation, Fameye. This latest release is a testament to the artist’s versatility and continuous growth in the music industry.
