Singer and producer, Kwami Eugene has made it known that he is not looking forward to winning the ‘Artist of The Year’ award at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
He made this statement in an interview today on Rythms on GhoneTV with Eli Kharis explaining that, though he will be glad if he wins that overall award, there are however other artistes who are equally working as hard as him and believes they deserve it too so that award is not something he is ‘eyeing’
When the host however asked who he thinks deserves to win apart from him, he refused to mention a particular name but mentioned Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie as all artistes who have worked hard and all deserve it.
The ‘Wish Me Well’ crooner however said when it comes to his songs, he believes they are all hits so he is looking forward to bagging awards with them.
