It was a secret and then it wasn’t anymore. Musician Kuami Eugene has finally revealed the positive energy that inspired his hit debut single titled Angela.
The song which was released early last year by a then relatively unknown Fadama boy took the music stage by storm and propelled Kuami Eugene to astronomical heights.
And we know, from the artists own revelation now that the song was inspired by one young lady known as Angela Mensah, the sister of Lynx Entertainment record label CEO Richie Mensah.
Taking to Instagram to wish her on her birthday he also added: “Meet The Wonderful Lady Behind Angela. Thank You for your support and Time Angie.
Your Song Made Me who I am Today, and I appreciate it. #HappyBirthday Queen 👸🏽 Live Long For Me🙌🏾”
Kuami Eugene had revealed some time back that that “Angela” was inspired by his ex-girlfriend who dumped him because of lies told her by her friend who didn’t like him.
Kuami Eugene who is also a self-confessed lover of older women has set tongues wagging with this latest post.
Any chance we should expect an announcement soon?
