King Paluta reveals: I spent over 15 years as a ‘studio rat’ and ‘underground’ artist”

Paluta is a well-known artist, and his songs have received a lot of attention. His songs include ‘Aha Akye,’ which features Samini, ‘Sika Aba Fie,’ ‘YaHitte,’ and ‘Aseda.’

Although he claimed to have written his first song in 2004, King Paluta said in an interview with The Delay Show that he became active in 2007 after rapper Asem released the controversial smash song ‘Give Me Blow’.

“I slept in the recording studio, cleaned it, and received gifts from visitors,” he stated in the interview, which aired on March 23, 2024. “I was young, about fourteen to fifteen years when I was sleeping there.”

“When Asem published the song, studios got widespread. Some of us didn’t have the money for studio sessions. I learned how to do programming, music production, and recording. I realized that one day, I might not get the opportunity again. Besides, we couldn’t afford studio sessions, so we had to work harder.”

“I wasn’t constant in my releases. I officially began releasing music and filming videos in 2015. “I did all of this because of broken promises,” he explained.
