Famous South Korean actress and model Kim Mi-soo has passed away. She passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the age of 30.
Mi-soo appeared in Netflix’s 2021 series Hellbound – a drama that captures unearthly beings who deliver condemnations, send individuals to hell, and give rise to a religious group founded on the idea of divine justice.
She also starred in Hi Bye, Mama – another Netflix drama released in 2020. The drama captures a ghost of a woman who gains a second chance at life for 49 days, as she reappears in front of her remarried husband and young daughter.

Her agency Landscape Entertainment has released a statement, saying Kim Mi-soo suddenly passed away. The agency refused to delve deep into the cause of her death. It asked fans ‘to refrain from making up rumors or speculative reports.’
The statement translated by Soompi noted: “The bereaved family is currently very heartbroken by the sudden mournful news.”
It continued: “We sincerely ask you to refrain from making up rumors or speculative reports so that the bereaved family, who are in shock and grief-stricken, can reverently commemorate the deceased.”
“As per her family’s wishes, the funeral will be held quietly in private.”
“Please wish for Kim Mi-soo to rest in peace, and once again, we offer our deepest condolences to the deceased,” it added.
