Kevin Federline, who shares two children with Britney Spears, is reportedly considering going to court to request an increase in child support.
He currently receives $40,000 per month for their two children, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
Sean Preston is turning 18 soon, which means child support for him will end. Jayden’s support is expected to continue until approximately June 2025, when he graduates from high school.
Therefore, if Kevin Federline seeks an increase in support, the relevant amount would be around $20,000.
This amount could potentially increase if he can demonstrate the need for additional funds to support Jayden on a full-time basis.
Recently, Kevin Federline, along with his sons and his wife, Victoria, relocated to Hawaii. Britney Spears did not oppose this move in court.
Kevin encouraged their sons to maintain a relationship with their mother, the kids have reportedly not seen Britney Spears in almost two years.
