Ghanaian music duo Keche has finally put to rest their issue with fellow artiste Kuami Eugene over the ownership of the hit song ‘No Dulling’.
In an interview on TV3’s New Day, the music group revealed that they have resolved the disagreement with Kuami Eugene.
The dispute between the two parties started in 2023 when Eugene claimed that he wrote the lyrics for ‘No Dulling’. Keche, however, disputed this claim and asserted that Andrew, one of the members of the group, actually wrote the song.
Despite Eugene’s assertion that he wrote the entire song and Keche only had a small part in the recording, he expressed his willingness to work with Keche again if requested.
‘No Dulling’ was released in 2020 and quickly became a hit, with many fans jamming to the catchy tune. Now, Keche is focusing on their new collaboration with King Paluta on the song ‘My Father’.
According to the duo, the collaboration with King Paluta was seamless as they simply sent him the song and he delivered his best in just a few days without even meeting at the studio.
