Kaye Adams (born 28 December 1962) is a Scottish journalist and television presenter. She was a frequent panelist on Channel 5’s daily morning shows The Wright Stuff from 2007 to 2012. She was an anchor on ITV’s topical debate show Loose Women from 1999 to 2006 and again in 2013.

Adams was named as a contender for the twenty season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2022.

Duncan McDonald Adams and Catherine Webber Rintoul are Adam’s parents. Kaye Rintoul Adams was born in Falkirk, Scotland, in 1962.

She is a Scottish-born co-patron of Kindred, a Scottish-based charity that helps families of children with impairments and mental health difficulties.

Adams joined BBC Radio Scotland in March 2010 to present the daily phone-in show, Call Kaye. The show terminated in 2015, and it was replaced with The Kaye Adams Show, which airs every weekday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Due to her work on Loose Women, Kaye is frequently covered by a guest presenter, especially on Fridays.

Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., she hosts the morning show on BBC Radio Scotland.
