Andriy Ivanovych Sadovyi is a politician from Ukraine.
He is the mayor of Lviv, the administrative center of the Lviv Oblast in western Ukraine, as well as the co-founder of the Lux media corporation and previous leader of the Self Reliance political party.
Sadovyi ran for president of Ukraine in the 2019 election from January 8 to March 1, when he chose to quit.
Andriy Sadovyi was born in the city of Lviv on August 19, 1968. In 1987, he received his diploma from the Lviv Technical School of Radioelectronics. Between 1987 to 1989, he served in the army of the Soviet Union.
