Justin Peacock died on July 13, 2023, at his Los Angeles home at the age of 52 due to atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, and widely received as a former lawyer who switched his career to become an author and then a TV writer-producer.
Peacock was a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA, Columbia University with an MFA, and Yale Law School. He worked as an intellectual property and First Amendment attorney in New York.
