Juan Carlos Unzué Labiano is a football manager from Spain. He is a former player who played as a goalkeeper.
As a goalkeeper, he often represented Sevilla, for which he appeared in nearly 300 official games. He has spent two(2) years with Barcelona, and played 318 La Liga matches in 17 seasons.

Juan went back to the Camp Nou right after retiring as the coach of the Frank Rijkaard-led side. Later, he maintained his position under Pep Guardiola.
After staying with Barcelona for five years, Juan received his first head coach experience. Thus he joined Segunda División team CD Numancia. Almost a year later, he went back to his previous position, replacing Carles Busquets.
In 2012, Juan came out as Racing de Santander manager. Two months later, he was dismissed based on disagreements with the board of directors over the duration of his contract.
Juan went back to Barcelona on 15 July 2014, remaining as Luis Enrique’s assistant. In May 2017, he returned to managerial duties.
