
Josiah Daniel Deguara, a tight end with the National Football League’s (NFL) Green Bay Packers, was born on February 14, 1997. He attended Cincinnati during his college football career before being selected by the Packers in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Folsom High School in Folsom, California was attended by Deguara. Deguara chose Cincinnati over an offer from Air Force despite being rated as a three-star recruit by 247 Sports and a two-star recruit by 247sports Composite.
With the 94th overall pick in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers picked Deguara. On July 24, 2020, he executed his rookie contract. On September 13, 2020, he played in his debut game as a professional, which was a triumph over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1.
In a 34-31 loss to the Minnesota Vikings on November 21, 2021, Deguara scored his first NFL touchdown on a 25-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers.
