In a press conference today Ian Poulter revealed that he believed that there was more to competing in the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Invitational Series than just the whopping cash prize. This has got him trending all day.

The 46-year-old English pro golfer was speaking to the media ahead of the Saudi-inspired Tour at Centurion Club, in which 48 golfers will compete for a monthly prize fund of $25 million dollars.
Over the course of the eight-event series, players will compete for a total of $255 million dollars. (I consider myself a global golfer,) Poulter said when asked if he saw himself as a rebel or a trailblazer for joining LIV Golf.
