Growing up to be an actress, singer, film director, and model, the 38-year-old Joséphine de La Baume studied at the American Intercontinental University in London, graduating in 2006 with a degree in fine art. She also took theater workshops at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, and in 2007 moved to New York for a few years to take acting classes from Susan Batson at Black Nexxus.
